I'm really happy that I have been able to now help my son get into an exercise routine with me, and also I have been able to help him eat healthier,
My son has a mental disability but he is stronger than anyone I know, however because of his disability sometimes its difficult to be able to understand how bad eating unhealthy is, but I realized that if I show him by example he will follow my footsteps, and Im happy that finally it feels like Im not only helping myself but my family.
I am really happy that I am a part of this challenge, it has helped me understand things that I haven't been able to understand in so many years of having this problem with being overweight.
I hope people can relate to me when I say I know what it is to struggle with having issues with food and being over weight, and I know I can do this if I just stick to the plan that my trainer has given me and the nutrition plan..
I feel happy with the way I look now the way my weight has changed and the way my clothes fit. but specially I feel great that my son and my family are in this with me too,..
thank you
Socorro
